Located directly on the increasingly popular Mary Townley Loop, a mile from Lee and Cragg Quarries, on Sustrans regional route 91 and just off The Rossendale Way all rides and walks can be taken directly from our own door step.

We are the first providers of mountain bike hire in the Rossendale Valley providing access to what we believe are some of the best trails in the country.

RPA and Ye Olde Boot and Shoe were proud to host the 22nd Mickey Mouse Mountaineering Club annual dinner on 14th April. Club members had a great ride out in the afternoon up to the singing ringing tree.

With 20 members staying overnight in our bunk and en suite accommodation the evening was topped of with a cracking meal, a slide show of the years "great deeds" cumulating in the awarding of the mounted “eer of the year” award.

Organiser of this year’s dinner Agnes special gave thanks to Helen and her team for the great food and accommodation as well as a cracking breakfast in the morning.
